Vintage Sony Mavica Camera MVC-5000 with lots of equipment and accessories-used

These Sony camera items and equipment was in a box purchased at a Police Auction. I can't provide you anymore details than that. Don't hesitate to request more pictures. None of the items have been tested nor do i know how to test them to check for you. I have seen on the internet when this camera was sold in retail it was about ,000 because of its functions but i cant confirm this price. Please do your own research prior to bidding. IF all off these items works you will have made an incredible score.
The Sony Hi Band Mavica MVC-5000 was a still video camera introduced by Sony in 1989. The camera had two CCD sensors, one for the luminance (Y) signal, and another for the chrominance (C) signal. The camera came with a 13x 9.5 - 123.5mm zoom lens (MCL-913T) and could also mount Nikkor lenses using the optional MCL-200N adapter.
Using an optional digital image handler (DIH-2000), photos could be transmitted over regular telephone lines. The camera also came with a built in microphone. Like other early still video cameras, the MVC-5000 didn't have a LCD screen, but photos could be reviewed using an external monitor connected to the camera's video out port. Images were stored on a two inch video floppy disk.
This camera provided a 720,000-pixel image. The images could be stored on the floppy disk either in Frame or Field mode. When Frame was selected, each picture was recorded on two tracks and up to 25 images could be recorded on each disk. When Field was selected, each picture was recorded on only one track, allowing up to 50 images to be recorded. When recorded in the Field mode, images were less detailed as compared to images recorded in the two-track Frame mode. The MVC-5000 was considered to be the leader in
image quality during its time. The MVC-5000 recorded still video hi-band resolution at 500 TV lines versus the standard 360 lines of most other still video cameras of that period. Lens can be changed out.
Also included is a Sony MVR-5600 still video recorder -- has not been tested. An AC-V55 video power adapter. Two hard cases with hi-band still video adapters map-t1 with some accessories. None of these have been tested either. There are also floppy disks too.
These items are very heavy which is why shipping is expense (especially the large unit).
