Made between 1946-48. The art-deco bakelite-bodied Argus Argoflex E was made in Ann Arbor,
Michigan.It’s a twin-lens reflex camera,
with a gear-focusing front element lens. It has a pair of 3 element Argus Varex 75 mm f4.5 coated lenses and a Wollensak shutter. Speed 1/10
– 1/200 sec shutter, plus B and T; f/4.5 to f/18 75mm lens. It’s made
for 620 film, but 120 spools will fit. Camera is in original leather case which has some cracking along the strap due to the age of the product. Otherwise the camera is in very good condition. Through the viewfinder adjustments to lighting and focus may be observed. The camera has not been tested with film. A photocopy of the original instruction book for the camera is also included.
