Hello here we have an Eastman Fabric Cutter Class 155 Fabric Cutting Cloth Textile Upholstery 110V. This system was tested by plugging it in and the cutting blade spun.

As others are selling them for parts for their age I am as well. The Video above shows its functionality. It appears there is some black tape on the cord. I have not taken it apart to investigate. Have a look see what you think. This item will need to be cleaned up and oiled and checked out before any projects are done with it.  If you do know how to work on stuff. DO NOT BID ON THIS ITEM.
