    Early 1800's CAMERA LUCIDA in Original Silk-lined Case ~ Artist ~ Photography.  This was used by early 19th Century artists to view / trace images onto paper.  This was an early step into the field of photography.  The case measures 9" x 3.5" and does not latch.
