1942 CHICAGO CUBS TEAM PHOTO SET WITH ORIGINAL ENVELOPE WRIGLEY FIELD

Description

1942 Chicago Cubs Team issued "Picture Pack" with 25 pictures including 24 individual pictures and one trio pics.  Original Wrigley Field Envelope. Pictures have litho signatures and measure 6 1/2" x 9". One picture is a triple shot of "Kiki" Cuyler, Jimmie Wilson and Jack Spalding..  All pics are very clean, no bent corners, no writing, no stains. There is one pinhole on Lennie Mirullo pic. (top left- see last picture).  THIS IS A RARE ESTATE FIND.  YOU WILL NOT SEE ANOTHER COLLECTION OF THESE PHOTOS WITH THE ORIGINAL ENVELOPE.  THE ENVELOPE ALONE IS WORTH THE MONEY.

Generally Good Condition. Envelope has slight paper darkening, slight soiling, and light corner bumps. A few pencil erasures and pencil writing on the back and 1 pinhole. Flap has 2 approx. 1/2" tears on seam. (tightly affixed)
